  • Modify budget after visiting properties

  • Increase budget after seeing location options

  • Change budget based on builder quotes, market rates, or family input

  • Reduce budget due to financial changes

A lead is valid as long as:

  • Contact details are correct

  • The enquiry is genuine

  • Buyer/seller genuinely filled the form

Budget change is normal — it does not make the lead invalid.

  • Seller changes price expectation

  • Lead delays the deal

  • Property type changes

  • Buyer is exploring multiple locations

  • Caller could not reach the lead due to late follow-up

  • Buyer is already in discussion with family or builder

These are normal real estate behaviors, not lead quality issues.

How do I request a replacement?

Submitting a replacement is simple:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Click on Lead Replacement

  4. Select the order

  5. Submit the replacement request with a short note (e.g., wrong number)

What is your replacement policy?

We provide free replacements for leads that meet the following conditions:

  • Invalid or unreachable phone number

  • Wrong category (e.g., you ordered buyer leads but received a seller)

  • Completely unrelated to real estate

  • Duplicate lead (received more than once)
