At RealEstateLeadsIndia.com, we deliver digital real estate leads as virtual products. Since our services are non-tangible, there is no physical return of products. However, we do provide a fair refund and replacement policy to protect our clients.
✅ Refund Policy
- A full refund is applicable only if no leads are delivered within 60 days from the order date.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refund requests must be submitted by emailing us at support@realestateleadsindia.com.
🔄 Replacement Policy
- A lead contains invalid or fake contact details.
- A lead is a duplicate of one you already received from us.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of lead delivery.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases
- Once valid leads are delivered, no partial or full refund will be issued.
- Leads that match the filters and categories selected at the time of order are not eligible for refunds.
- Since leads are digital, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred.
⚠️ System Errors
In rare cases of technical/system errors (e.g., leads not delivered due to server issues), we will either replace the undelivered leads or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
