At RealEstateLeadsIndia.com, we provide digital real estate leads as virtual products. Since our services are intangible and delivered in real time, there is no physical return. However, we do offer a fair refund and replacement policy to ensure trust and transparency.
🔄 Replacement Policy
We provide free replacements for leads that meet the following conditions:
- Invalid Contact Information: Non-working, unreachable, or fake phone numbers/email IDs.
- Duplicate Lead: Same contact details delivered more than once.
- Incorrect Data: Major mismatch in lead details (e.g., wrong property type or location outside your selected filters).
⏳ Timeframe
All replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of lead delivery.
Requests after this period will not be considered.
📩 Process
Email support@realestateleadsindia.com with the lead details and reason for replacement.
Our team will verify and provide a new replacement lead if eligible.
✅ Refund Policy
A full refund is applicable only if no leads are delivered within 60 days from the date of your order.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@realestateleadsindia.com.
🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Cases
- No partial refunds once valid leads are delivered.
- Leads that match your chosen filters (location, budget, property type, urgency, etc.) are not eligible for refund/replacement.
- No refund/replacement if the lead’s intent changes after delivery (e.g., buyer/seller changes their mind).
- No refund/replacement if you are unable to convert the lead into a deal.
⚠️ System Errors
In rare cases where a technical/system error prevents proper delivery of leads, our team will investigate and either:
Deliver replacement leads, or
Process a full refund (if no leads were delivered).
