2. Services Provided
- We provide digital real estate leads on a pay-per-lead basis.
- Leads are delivered via email and/or dashboard access.
- All leads are exclusive and sold only once.
3. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance before lead delivery.
- Payments are accepted via approved payment gateways listed on our website.
- No credit or postpaid facility is provided.
4. Lead Delivery
- Leads are delivered in real time as soon as they are generated through our marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
- The frequency of delivery depends on the filters you select (location, property type, budget, urgency, etc.) and the volume of matching inquiries received.
- Delivery is considered complete once a lead is sent to your registered email ID or made available on your dashboard.
- We are not responsible if emails land in your spam/junk folder.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
Refunds are only applicable if no leads are delivered within 60 days of purchase.
Replacement is provided if a lead is invalid, duplicate, or fake.
No partial refunds once valid leads are delivered.

6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to use the leads only for legitimate real estate purposes.
- You must not resell, share, or redistribute the leads to third parties.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local real estate laws when contacting leads.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a successful deal.
Our responsibility is limited to delivering exclusive, verified leads as per filters selected.
We are not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or third-party issues.
8. System Errors
In case of technical/system errors that prevent lead delivery, we will either replace the leads or process a refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
